After years of condemning president Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration and Zamfara State APC Critical stakeholders, governor Dauda Lawal, is currently having a closed door meeting with his cabinet members and 14 local government Chairmen in his final moves to join the rulling All progressive congress APC.
A senior staff of the Zamfara State government House who pleaded anonymity said, "Yes His Excellency governor Dauda Lawal is currently having a closed door meeting with all his cabinet members and the 14 local government Chairmen pleading with them to join the rulling APC in order to have a soft landing for his second term ambition"
It was also revealed that governor Dauda ordered all his cabinet members and the 14 local government areas to switched and handed over their Cellphones to the office of the Chief of Staff to avoid recording as well as the outcome leakage of the meeting.
Governor Dauda Lawal who was Alledged to be rejected 17 times to join APC for his consistent attacks and condemnations on president Bola Ahmed Tinubu renewed hope programs has now Alledged to have adopted Vice president His Excellency Kashim Shettima as his political godfather lead him to join the rulling party immediately on Monday.
