CALL BY MINISTER MATAWALLE FOR GOV, DAUDA TO JOIN CORRUPT PARTY LIKE APC PROVOCATIVE - MUSTAPHA JAFARU KAURA.

Mustapha Jafaru Kaura a Media aid to Zamfara State governor Dauda Lawal have today during an emergency press conference that was held in Gusau the State Capital of Zamfara State declined the call by the Immediate past Governor of Zamfara State and now the Honourable Minister of State for Defence His Excellency Bello Mohammed Matawalle's Call for governor Dauda Lawal to join the All progressive congress APC where he  described the call by the former governor as insultive and provocative.

Below is the address of Hon, Mustapha Jafaru Kaura  Media aid to Governor Dauda Lawal, "Ladies and gentlemen, I sincerely thanked you so much for responding to this historic briefing which I strongly believed our  party Members the PDP have been waiting to hear  stand of Zamfara State governor His Excellency Dauda Lawal rumours decamping to APC, however, we had studied carefully about the call by the former governor of Zamfara State and now the Honourable Minister of State for Defence His Excellency Bello Mohammed Matawalle invitation for governor Dauda Lawal to join the All progressive congress APC. In view of that unwanted and provocative call's by the former governor, I would like to officially inform you that, governor Dauda Lawal have never had any intention even in a dream to join a corrupt party charred by the Man of no direction.

APC have forgotten that governor Dauda Lawal won his election beating for former governors in the State namely Ahmad Sani (Yariman Bakura) , Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi, Abdul Aziz Yari Abubakar and Bello Mohammed Matawalle who thought people are with him during the 2023 general election." Said Kaura.

I had spoken to His Excellency Governor Dauda Lawal who is currently in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia performing Hajj Abaut the former governor invitation, but his response was that , " not Matawalle even president Bola Ahmed Tinubu can't force him to join APC but APC as an opposition party in the State including the four former governors of the State should patiently wait for 2027 general election for the good people of Zamfara State to decide, Kaura Concludes.
