President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Defence Minister Matawalle Shines at NDA @ 60*.

President and Commander in Chief of Staff of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Bola Ahmed along with two Nigerian Defence Ministers graced the 60th anniversary celebration of the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna earlier today.

Mr. President was greeted with a colorful parade by Chief of Defense Staff, Academy Commandant,General together with military chiefs and the General Commanding Officer of One Division Kaduna.

Major General JO Ochai, the Academy Commandant, showed Defense Minister Matawalle around the campus for a facilities evaluation. Matawalle gave the Cadets advice on how to maintain the Academy flag flying and how to represent both the Academy and Nigeria well where ever they found themselves with pride and divinity.

” President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has provided all the support required to develop your physical and mental capacities to prepared you to safeguard and defend the territorial integrity of of our dear Country, Matawalle also counsels the Cadets to abstain from criminal activity and to be faithful to the president once they graduate.

“We will try our best at the Ministry to meet up with the NDA request at any given time so that even if you happen to find yourself in another country for any unexpected assignment, your colleagues from other countries will respect your profession and excellent training you received from NDA,” Matawalle said to the cadets.
