Wonder never end in this world. I am very much surprised and keep on asking myself " why are some people keep disgracing themselves for material things?" I am recalling what exactly happened during the the last APC National Convention that produced Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party's flag-bearer and now president -elect.
It was a known fact with so many convincinf evidences that the Northern Progressive Governors' Forum had agreed for a power shift to the south -western region of Nigeria during the just concluded presidential election, which produced the former Lagos state governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the national convention and now the president - elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Surprisingly during the meeting summoned by Zamfara State APC stake holders headed by governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State on their decisiontochooseBola AhmedTinubuas theAPCflag-bearer. On arrival at the venue of the meeting, two stakeholders ( the first civilian governor of Zamfara State His Excellency Sani Ahmad popularly called ( Yariman Bakura) and Sanin Jaji, the Honourable House of Reps Member - elect) vehemently objected to the decision to choose Bola Ahmed.
This agenda by the stakeholders angered everyone at the meeting and wondered why the two opposed to the collective decision.
Not known to the other stakeholders, Ahmed Sani Yarima promised Sanin Jaji that he will make him the Governorship of the state.
At their arrival at the venue, Sanin Jaji was the first to opposed the stakeholders decision of Bola Ahmed Tinubu candidacy, infact at some point Yariman Bakura was seen looking rather displeasured. After noticing some discomfort in Yarima, Senator Marafa begged governor Matawalle to postpone the meeting to allow Sen. Yarima rethink on their decision to stepdown for Tinubu.
After giving Yarima a couple of time to rethink about his ambition, unknown to the stake holders Yarima had already asked Sanin Jaji to mobilize supporters for him, of course that was what provoked governor Matawalle Senator kabiru Marafa and the former governor of the State His Excellency Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari to ignored Yarima and work for the success of the current Nigeria president - elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu who scored a reasonable votes and leaving Yarima who claimed to have had a vision of winning with only One vote.
