GOVERNOR BELLO MATAWALLE INSPECTS ONGOING REVAMPING OF GOVERNMENT HOUSE GUSAU…

His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Zamfara State, Hon. Dr. Bello Mohammed MON, Matawallen Maradun, Barden Hausa, Shettiman Sokoto on Wednesday 22nd Dec 2021 led members o f the State’s Executive Council and other Government officials to inspect the ongoing construction of new structures in the Government House and expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of work done. The projects inspection commenced shortly after the weekly State Executive Council meeting presided over by the state Executive Governor, Dr. Bello Mohammed MON Matawallen Maradun, where the council adopted minutes of the last Exco meeting and resolved to undetake inspection visit of the ongoing projects within the Government House as well as some in the state capital. The projects inspected include new Presidential Loadge, New Protocol office complex, new Governor’s Lodge, new Government House Clinic and the newly constructed State Ulama Consultative Council Secretariat. Also inspected by the Governor and his entourage were the construction of new access road in the Government House, new Guest Houses and Staff quarters among other projects. The Governor who reaffirmed his administration’s committments to reposition the Government House, said all the needed structures and facilities will be put in place so that the Government House will be of international standard. Governor Bello Matawalle also ordered for the general landscaping of the entire Government House in order to beautify the facility, pointing out that the ongoing construction of the new modern Governor’s office will soon be completed. The Governor was accompanied by the Secretary to the state Government, Alhaji Kabiru Balarabe, Head of Service, Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Gayari, Chief of Staff Government House, Malam Suleiman Ibrahim, Commissioners and senior Government officials among others.
