Zamfara State government has warn the All progressive congress APC members in the State to desist from erecting president Bola Ahmed Tinubu billboard and APC signboards across the 14 local government areas to avoid risk of 5 month imprisonment without option of fine.
The spokesperson to Zamfara State governor Mustapha Jafaru Kaura conveyed the executive order of governor Dauda Lawal to journalist in Gusau stating that "His Excellency governor Dauda Lawal has directed the relevant security agents to arrest and prosecute any APC supporter found erecting president Bola Ahmed Tinubu billboard across the 14 local government areas including Gusau the State capital.
In the executive order Memo signed by governor Dauda Lawal that was made available to journalist indicates that, a due process must be follow before granting permission to erect any APC billboard in the State which according to the memo a levy of N20, 000,000 for Mr president billboard will be pay to Zamfara State board of internal revenue, while N15,000,000 is for APC governatorial candidate as well as N1,000,000, only for the State Assembly aspirants, the Memo Stated.
Recalled that, last week Zamfara State government ordered the mutilation and removal of all the APC billboards across the State especially that of Mr. president Bola Ahmed Tinubu erected by APC supporters on the Federal highways.
