As the Honourable Minister of Defence His Excellency Bello Mohammed Matawalle is rounding up his five days scheduled home visit, no fewer than 2000 political pressure groups across the 14 local government areas of the State converge to Maradun the birth place of the former governor with different inscription placards begging for the former governor to please come to contest for Zamfara State governorship election come 2027 to save the State from what some placards inscriptions carries from the hands of none indigenous consultants who are running the State like a private organization.
In the same development, the Honourable Minister received in audience the Commissioners forum, DGs forum, Special Advisers forum, Board Chiarmen forum, as well as some Zamfara State APC Critical stakeholders all calling and appealing with the Honourable Minister to answer Millions of Zamfarans calling to contest for 2027 governor election.
The Former Executive Chairman Zamfara State revenue services Aliyu Dama said in his words," Your Excellency sir, I could vividly remembered very well when you are a governor there was a time you warned me to take it easy with small businesses operators but unfortunately today Zamfara State under Dauda Lawal collect tax from internally displaced women who engaged in small businesses to feed themselves such as Akara, Cake and sugarcane sellers"
In his response, His Excellency Bello Mohammed Matawalle thanked the pressure groups for the Goodwill's giving to His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by Millions of Zamfaran people, and assured them that all what he is after is for president Bola Ahmed Tinubu to succeed.
The Minister further assured them that all shall be well, and has since take note of their calling as Zamfara State need sanity and political will to end insecurity.
