ZAMFARA APC APPRECIATES ELECTORATE, DEDICATES VICTORY TO ALL ZAMFARA CITIZENS.

The All Progressives Congress APC in Zamfara State wishes to commend, celebrate and congratulate the people of Kaura Namoda South in particular and members of the party in the state over the party's victory in the just concluded rerun bye-election of State House of Assembly in the area.

This is a demonstration of true commitment and believe that the APC remains the party to beat in the state, as despite the efforts of the ruling PDP in the state to manipulate the polls through the use of thugs, 'yan sakai and indeed armed bandits, they lost to APC's popularity.

Recall that the PDP mobilised all resources including attempts to compromise election officials and the use of security personnel attached to the governor in addition to the use of other intimidating ways by the deputy governor, the APC led with over 1,600 votes.

Afraid of possible loss of innocent lives and properties belonging to members of the public through the use of armed bandits, the APC called on all conventional security agencies to de more personnel which was done.

We therefore wish to highly appreciate the federal government through the ever resilient security agencies for providing adequate security to protect the lives and properties of the electorate

The party wishes to reassure the electorate that the people's interests will always be counted first for the growth and development of the state.

We also want to particularly thank all our leaders especially their excellencies, former governors Hon Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle and Distinguished Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar for their countless continued support and assistance to the stability and unity of the party in the state.

Equally, the party appreciates its peace loving and law abiding youth and women groups as well as religious leaders and all well wishers for the enormous support given and prays that this synergy will continue beyond the coming 2027 general elections.
