As the 2027 General elections across the the Nation is drawing closer, some aggrieved Members of Zamfara State people Democratic Party PDP voiced out their anger by declaring that , governor Dauda Lawal will find it very difficult to scale through, considering his style of governance of many are called but very few are chosen.
This was revealed yesterday by the aggreaved PDP Members from 13 local governments excluding Gusau during their Monthly Meeting in Gusau with theme: ( PDP future in Zamfara and the way forward).
" Someone like me spent my personal resources in 2023 to return Dauda Lawal elected, but today I am full of disappointment and regretting my actions and did, Said one of the PDP stakeholder from Gummi Local government where Dauda got a reasonable Votes in 2023.
Another PDP supporter from Kaura Namoda Local government lamented the way governor Dauda Lawal neglected the remaining 13 local governments area in the State and concentrate painting Gusau Metroplitant roads without thinking Future elections.
Can you Imagine how Some Local governments appointment opportunities were hijacked and spread it within Gusau Local government only? Another aggreaved PDP Member from Bukkuyum ,a Local government where Deputy governor came from Voiced out.
As of the time of filling this report, it's on record that So many Local government in Zamfara State are denied their representative of the State Civil Service permanent Secretary Constitutional slots.
If a Camel can pass through the needle hole, then there is any possibility for Dauda to Scale through 2027 election, " One of the Zamfara PDP Stakeholder from Bakura Local government insist.
