As the Honourable Minister of State for Defense Mohammed Bello Matawalle visit Zamfara, reports emerged that about 40,000 PDP supporters have pledged their loyalty to decamp to the rulling All progressive congress APC moving train due to poor good governance of governor Dauda Lawal Dare led admiinistration.
The intended decampees were mostly eligible voters who came from across the 13 local governments areas of the State to welcome the Minister to thank him and president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their quick intervention for providing security to their doorstep.
“Sir, We have come in our thousand to welcome you back home and to register our appreciation for deployment of security forces which we almost lost hope since the emergence of governor Dauda Lawal who we felt like the protection of our lives and properties is not his main priority, added that, the entire Zamfara Villagers are indebted to the administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu a debt that we can not pay but only to register with the APC , one the intended decamp leader from Anka Local government declears”
There is also an unconfirmed report which indicate that about Seven Zamfara State serving Commissioners Name withheld are said to be in close contact with one of Zamfara APC leader to have a secret meeting with the Honourable Minister anytime from now.
