Multiple reports have it that, the government of Zamfara State have finally filed criminal charges against Bello Bakyasuwa the former State commandant of the dissolved State own Anti thuggery for human right violation and stealing official vehicles numbering Five, two no of brand new Toyota Hilux and three no, of 406 station wagon.
A source at the Zamfara State Ministry for Justice who was among those that prefared the Court Charges against Bakyasuwa reveals that, "Lance Corporal Bello Bakyasuwa retired, who was dismissed from the Nigerian Army for criminal offence has been charged by Zamfara State government to come over and defend himself for the killing of Six innocent people while in office and to account for 2 no of brand new Toyota Hilux 2023 Model valued at N140,000,000 along with 3 no of 406 Station wagons Vehicles valued at N8, million respectively "
Further informations reveals that, about 7 families members across the State wrote a petition against Bakyasuwa through His Excellency Dauda Lawal seeking justice for their wards alleged to be killed by Bello Bakyasuwa while in office.
Another source at Zamfara State Ministry for Justice, Said, " failure for Bakyasuwa to appear in court , bench warrant arrest will be communicated to Kaduna and Abuja Police State Commands to effect his arrest"
The memory is still fresh as it was same Bello Bakyasuwa at some point attempted assassinating the president Zamfara State first lady Her Excellency Hurriya Dauda Lawal, in which 6 nos. Security personnel narrowly escaped but sustained various degree of injuries, one Mopol is still left with an amputated leg.
