SON OF FMR. ZAMFARA GOV. YARIMA WINS HOUSE OF REPS POSITION.

The biological son of the former Governor of Zamfara Ahmad Sani Muhammad Yariman Bakura has won his election as member of the Federal House of Representatives for Bakura and Maradun.

He scored a total of (55,273) to defeat his closet opponent Muhammad Bakura Ahmed who polled (17,559).

The result was declared by Dr. Ahmad Kainuwa of Federal University Gusau the returning officer of the constituency at the INEC collation center in Maradun.

One of the stakeholders of the APC at the collation center, Abubakar Jafar Maradun said the declaration of Ahmad Sani Muhammas as the winner of the legislative poll was a testimony of the fact that people had fulfilled their pledge of given Abba Ahmad Sani the chance to try his luck in representing them at the green chamber.

While congratulating Abba for the victory, he urged him to do his best and deliver to the people of his constituency as expected.
