Yari, Marafa defection - Zamfara APC seeks justice, urged Federal Government to appoint its loyalists into the positions of defected members.

Following the defection of some aggrieved APC chieftains from the party to opposition PDP, members and loyalists of the APC have called on the Secretary to the  Government of the Federation SGF, Boss Gida Mustapha to consider revoking the appointments of those who defected along with  the Ex-Zamfara governor and former Senator Kaburu Garba Marafa to the opposition.

They said since they left the party, they should hand over its positions to those that are loyal to help the party reposition itself in Zamfara state.

A concerned loyalist of the APC in Zamfara state Musa Jassan Kaura Namoda told this medium that there is no justification in allowing the defected members to continue to hold such positions that are meant for loyal members of the party

"How can the APC national headquarters of APC allow the defected members of the party to hold such positions to fight the party, Musa explained.

Those who defected from the APC to PDP and are holding federal appointments are: Alh. Abdullahi  Abudulkarim Tsafe of Police Trust Fund in charge of Northwestern Zone, Alh Husaini Abubakar Moriki, an Ambassador, Senator Lawal Shuaibu Kaura, Chairman Federal Housing Authority, Sani Garba Gusau General, Commissioner, Federal Character Commission, Muhammadu Muttaka Rini, Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission, Muktar Lugga, Chairman Governing Board of the Federal College of Education Okene, among others.

It may be recalled that Yar, Marafa and Dauda Lawal vowed to fight President Buhari to teach him a lesson of his political life.

Last week Yari led  delegation of diabolical prayer warriors to Saudi Arabia to commence the process of dealing with the President.

It may also be recalled that Gen Aliyu Mohammed Gusau rtd, Ex- Gov Yari, Sen. Bukola Saraki and their co-travelers are making moves to destabilise Nigeria and were accused of plans to creat dramatic security incidents across the country to cause confusion in the country.

The Department of State Services (DSS) had on Tuesday, May 26th, released a statement, drawing the attention of the public to plans by criminal elements to return the country to the pre-2015 era reminiscent of IED attacks on soft and hard targets in parts of the country.

"Though there are already reported cases of such incidents in some areas, the Service has uncovered a ploy by suspected criminal gangs to forge an alliance among themselves with a view to launching further attacks on critical infrastructure and other frequented public places like worship and relaxation centres,  especially during and after the holidays and festive celebrations" revealed the SSS.

The objective of these criminals according to the press statement was to achieve some self- serving interests as well as cause fear among the citizenry and recalled its earlier warning that some groups and individuals were plotting to stoke violence in the country.

"Following these, patrons, owners and managers of aforementioned public places are advised to be wary of this development and implement basic security measures to deter the threats." the state service added.
