A TECHNOCRAT IN ADMINISTRATION, THE EMERGENCE OF ALH. KABIRU BALARABE AS ZAMFARA STATE SSG.

In every workplaces, a Secretary is considers to be the engine room in such organization Administratively. Again the Secretary is expected to be Sound in Education, good behavior in character, and understanding in approach.

 In Zamfara state recent development, i strongly believed that, His Excellency Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle  have made the right decision at a right time for bringing in  a technocrats and intelligent  gentleman to serve as the Secretary to the Government of Zamfara state SSG, in  person of Alh. Kabiru Balarabe. However, with the presence of Alh. Kabiru Balarabe as the SSG Zamfara State, one can confidently say that, the Job has been given to the right person due to  his vast records of experience in administration.

Last time I saw Alh. Kabiru Balarabe in Abuja in one of the state function as the then Head of Service Zamfara state, I noticed the Stars of  leadership in him, patients and hard working gentleman in the same Alh. Kabiru Balarabe, I' then asked myself a question of  "How I wish  Alh. Kabiru Balarabe Could be given the high level Opportunity to serve in one of the Lucrative place in the State?

Only yesterday I hard that God in his infinite mercy had answered my earnest prayers through Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle of Zamfara state whose daily thinking is how to transform Zamfara state better than he met it by appointing same Man of my thought as the Secretary to Zamfara State Government SSG.
