WAR BETWEEN PRESIDENT BUHARI AND FORMER GOVERNOR ABDULAZIZ YARI.

We now have the judgement of the Federal High Court of Nigeria Gusau Zamfara state that:

1. That in light of the subject matter of this suit, the circumstances and nature of this case, the parties are enjoyed to preserve the subject matter of this suit until the 28th July, 2021.
2. That the dependants if they wish to file any process shall do so on or before 28th July, 2021 in response to the motion on notice.
3. That the case is adjourned to 28/07/2021 for hearing of the motion on notice.

This judgement was delivered by Honorable Justice Aminu Bappa Aliyu on Friday, 23th July, 2021.
