EXPOSED HOW EX_ ZAMFARA STATE GOVERNOR SECURED N11.5 BILLION LOAN USING ZAMFARA STATE MONTHLY ALLOCATION AS A COLLATERAL, CBN SOURCE REVEALED.

A source at the Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) who pleaded anonymity reveals to News Express24  Correspondent this Morning that, The former  Governor of Zamfara state Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari, Collected the Sum of Eleven point Five Billion Naira from the Nigeria  Apex Bank with the Agreements as part of the Loan Conditions to pay the Outstanding Retired Civil Servants Gratuity, Pension and Salaries. "The source said. The source further said that; " The former Governor collected the Funds few Months before leaving Office.

It is in records that the former Governor secured the bailouts during his administration shortly before leaving office which he refused to repay "the CBN source Confirmed. According to the same Apex Bank Source, Zamfara state is one of the heavily indebted State and would from this Month start to bear the Consequences of direct debits from their Monthly Federation Account Committee (FAAC) disbursements." The Source Confirmed.

News Express 24 also gathered that, the N 11.5 Billion Naira Collected by the former Governor  as a Bailout from the CBN was the Alleged Funds he Used to purchased the  different landed properties across the globe, including which was the House "He Yari, bought in the United State of America.

In the same development, the former Governor Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari was sometimes  invited by the EFCC for non proper Usage of the said funds in a right manner as was stated in the Loan Agreement. But instead the former Governor Awarded fake Contracts to a Nigeria China based Company (ZHANGHAO NIG LMT.) With an attempt to bribe the EFCC with the sum of One Billion Naira Cash to sweep the case under the Carpet. To further know who Yari is the EFCC immediately called for a series of  press conference's to exonerate themselves from the former Governor dirty deal.

Similarly, our correspondent gathered from Zamfara state Ministry for Finance that,     the state Government will find it very difficult this  May 2021 to Shoulder any payment responsibilities because the Apex Bank, the CBN had already started deducting the Billion of Naira Collected by the former Governor direct from Zamfara state Monthly Allocation.

Recall the former Governor of Zamfara state Abdul Aziz Abubakar Yari is Currently facing Multiple  money laundering charges from the EFCC and ICPC respectively, and is the  anointed APC National Chairman Candidate.
