The current political whirlwind swaying All progressive congress, APC, party stewards in Zamfara State is now on the high magnitude.

Most especially, the earthquake under the political edifice of Senator Marafa’s faction of APC and entire party in the gold rich State of Zamfara can authoritatively tell you has taken another dimension with the defection of the State’s APC Youth Leader and one of the right hand man of Senator Marafa, Hon. Rabiu Abubakar Emir, to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

Hon. Rabiu Abubakar Emir, was received at the State House by the Governor of the State, Bello Matawalle, with other PDP stalwarts.

Recalled that weeks ago, reports that one of the major ally to Ex-Governor Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari and one of Ahmed Rufai Sani Yerima’s foot soldiers in Zamfara State, Ahmed Balarabe Anka, dumped the party for PDP with over 2,000 followers.

His decision according to a source is based on his love and support for Governor Bello Matawalle’s fight against insecurity in the state.

Ahmed Balarabe who is currently the Sole Administrator of Anka Local Government, during a massive rally held at the Anka Local government headquarters, also expressed his unalloyed supports for the Governor.
